State Rep. Helpful hints:

  1. Leave your camo and gun culture apparel at home, folks.  Ditto for your IGOLD tshirts.  Instead look like a sheep.  This is a good time to wear your Amnesty International t-shirt or cap.  Let it be a surprise when they discover you have a brain and can think for yourself.
  2. Refuse to call it “gun violence.”  That’s a made up term.  It’s by and large GANG VIOLENCE.  We don’t blame cars for the actions of drunk drivers, we prosecute drunk drivers.  If we don’t address the problem – gangs – then by and large we’re never going to solve this “issue.”
  3. Ask Bob why he doesn’t support the rule of law.  The Second Amendment is an individual right.  His new law is patently unconstitutional.  (Did he also cheer for those racist southern mayors and governors who stood in the way of school integration in the 1950s after the Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court decision?)
  4. You really want to raise his blood pressure, note that Florida, under the leadership of Ron DeSantis, violent crime has fallen to 50-year lows.  Why can’t we have more freedom and less gun control in Illinois to achieve similar results instead of implementing more failed gun control.  Expect to see his skin start to sizzle at the mention of Ron DeSantis.
  5. Gun control disarms victims, not criminals.  Ask Bob why he wants to disarm crime victims of the means to defend their children and families.  
  6. If you get a chance, note that “Armed blacks don’t get oppressed.”  And that “Armed gays don’t get bashed.”
  7. DO NOT REPEAT THE LABELS THEY FLOAT.  Every time they say “assault weapon”, you say “defense device” or “freedom stick” or “child-protection tool”.  Or America’s favorite rifle.
  8. Remind them:  “Gun control is classist, racist, and sexist.  We don’t support those things.”
  9. Tell them:  The liberal thing to do here would be to support liberty by opposing gun-laws and other government control schemes. We need to progress toward a future of freedom not a system that reenacts past tyrannies.


  10. Short, to-the-point assertions should always be countered with short, to-the-point responses.  Leftist: “Guns are dangerous.”  Pro-gun patriot: “Guns are tools.” or “Guns protect children.” 
  11. “Why are leftists so anti-freedom?”
  12. “Gun control benefits the rich and hurts the poor.” “Gun control schemes are racist.”  “Gun control is racist.”  “I don’t support hate and intolerance.”
  13. “Gun laws are classist, racist, and sexist. Why are leftists such hateful control-freaks?” 
  14. “We don’t want to manipulate anyone…  We want people to understand the truth so we will all be better, smarter citizens.”
  15. “What changes do I want to make to more fully take advantage of the ideals voiced in the Constitution and Bill of Rights?”

This gun ban law is nothing less than persecution of lawful Illinois gun owners which is in violation of both the Illinois and US Constitutions by fascist democrats in the Illinois state legislature. The Jim Crow southern democrats moved to Illinois; they still enact law which is contrary to the constitutions. The unalienable right to keep and bear arms is protected from government abuse by being in the Bill of Rights. The Illinois Bill of Rights enshrines inalienable rights like that of free speech, religious freedom, and to keep and bear arms. It’s important to remember, the Bill of Rights does not grant rights, it enshrines and secures our inalienable rights from government abuse. To say that the Bill of Rights confers our rights, is incorrect.
    The fundamental organic law of our Declaration of Independence (DOI) tells us our unalienable rights were granted to us by our Creator. Our unalienable rights are woven into the fabric of natural law by our creator. As such, they pre-date our country’s laws, proving the Bill of Rights does not grant us our inalienable rights. I know that comes as a surprise to ignorant power abusing Chicago area legislators. We possess our inalienable rights regardless of any documents. Article, 1, Section 1 of the Illinois Bill of Rights spells it out:
    Section 1. Inherent and Inalienable Rights; All men are by nature free and independent and have certain inherent and inalienable rights among which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. To secure these rights and the protection of property, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
    When the Illinois state government arrogantly refuses to follow or enact laws in pursuance of the U.S. and Illinois state constitutions their action is lawless; it’s not restrained or controlled by law, not regulated by or based on law.
    The function of a state constitution is to create the civil government and define its lawful powers; the state constitution tells the civil government:
    • What it must do
    • What it can’t do (Bill of Rights, etc)
    • And what it may lawfully do
    Obeying the state constitution is not optional for the Illinois state government. I have come to the conclusion that this onerous gun ban bill also violates the US Constitution’s supremacy clause (VI, cl. 2) because the Illinois gun ban infringes the right to keep and bear arms by the militia which runs contrary to the US Constitution, specifically that of Article I, Section 8, clauses 15 and 16 ; which would interfere with Congress’ power to “organize, arm, and discipline, the Militia.

    U.S. Constitution, Article VI, Clause 2, Supremacy Clause:

    “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
    Congress has the constitutionally granted authority to call up the militia, the fascist dictators in the Illinois state legislature cannot infringe upon that power by restricting the right to keep and bear arms necessary for the militia. I wish the democrats in the Illinois legislature would read the constitutions they swore an oath to uphold.
    The Declaration of Independence is part of American Law, there are those who disagree. Professor John Eidsmoe clarifies: “The role of the Declaration of Independence in American law is often misconstrued. Some believe the Declaration of Independence is simply a statement of ideas that has no legal force whatsoever today. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Declaration has been repeatedly cited by the U.S. Supreme Court as part of the fundamental organic law of the United States of America.” The DOI states in part:
    “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”
    The definition of Inalienable Rights from a law dictionary: “Personal rights held by an individual which are NOT bestowed by government law, custom, or belief, and which cannot be taken or given away, or transferred to another person, are referred to as “inalienable or unalienable rights.” Hey democrats, stop treating our inalienable rights as privileges granted by government.
    The “police power” clause in the Illinois Bill of Rights, Article 1, Sec. 22, doesn’t permit the Illinois state Legislature to ban specific types of arms, like large capacity magazines and semi-automatic weapons. The “police power” permits them to say you can’t take your arms into a State Prison, or a State Courthouse, or an insane asylum, and such like places. When will the fascist democrats learn, we don’t live on their plantation.
    In McCulloch v. Maryland (1819), the SCOTUS majority opined “the power to tax is the power to destroy” the very reason why govt cannot lawfully tax a constitutionally protected unalienable right, they possess no authority to water-down inalienable rights. The dictatorial democrats in the Illinois general assembly and our power abusing governor are using taxation and regulation of the right to keep and bear arms to infringe by criminalizing gun and ammo ownership. It is unlawful and immoral to do so; the people have the right to defend the individual, state and country.
    Per the 14th Amendment, Section One, clause 2
    “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States”
    This clause states: No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.
    The “due process” and “privileges & immunities” clause of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment prohibit States from exercising “red flag” gun confiscation laws. We also have an “immunity” from government interference with our God given right to self-defense and no property may be lawfully taken from any person without “due process of law” which means: pursuant to the Judgment of his peers after a fair trial!
    A state government that arrogantly refuses to follow or enact gun laws in pursuance with the U.S. and Illinois state constitutions is subversive. When they are not restrained by law or not regulated by or based on law, they are dictatorial. When acts of the national government are authorized by the US Constitution, States cannot lawfully contradict such acts, that means Illinois too. Remember, necessary, is NOT a constitutional argument for watering down an inalienable right like the right of self-defense.
    It is a fundamental Principle of Law that a “law” which is contrary to the Constitution is “no law at all”. it is void ab initio (void from the beginning) and binds no one.

    The fear mongering Illinois general assembly democrats have contempt for our constitutionally protected right to self-defend. The majority can’t seem to follow the logic that if you don’t follow original meaning and intent of the state constitution’s Bill of Rights, then you have made a change. No branch of the state government has the sole authority to amend the state constitution It must be done as stated in the constitution. Democrats are ideologically driven and have no love for the law. They are unconcerned with whether their desires for government action are legal. Their basis for what is right or wrong is how strongly they ‘feel’ about it. If they think something ought to be this way or that, then they don’t care what the Constitution says or the reasons it was written that way. Two purposes of the Illinois constitution are to limit the Illinois state government and to establish very strict parameters as its lawful power and authority. The Illinois state legislature and governor are NOT all powerful. Remember too, judicial opinions are not law, case law are mere opinions. Judicial tyranny, that of improper opinions do not lawfully enshrine judicial opinions into the body of law.
    The fact is, that when We the People “created” the state government by way of the state constitution, we nowhere delegated to any branch of the state government power to restrict, infringe, etc., guns, ammo, magazines etc. Police power doesn’t grant a power to ban arms. Government is our SERVANT, not our master; why on earth would we allow our servant to disarm us. Or leave us with useless arms. A government that does not trust its law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms is itself unworthy of trust.

  5. . Liberal democrats set the example of murdering over 62 million babies since 1973 for children to learn murder is a problem-solving tool. Democrats teach human life has no value and then feign surprise when big cities like Chicago have 100’s of murders. Abortion loving politicians cry we need gun control, after they teach people murdering babies is okay. Abortion and the democrat’s baby killing agenda are causing people to not value human life. Abortion is man’s inhumanity to man! Of course, they don’t allow the unborn baby a “right” to life, every sane person knows life begins at conception and knows the democrats teach children to NOT value human life by example, then they blame the guns for murders and wonder why there is gun violence, their immorality and hypocrisy are obvious. When will the anti-2nd amendment liberals raise their children to value human life? When will abortioncrats stop teaching there is NO shame in murdering an unborn baby and sometimes born babies? The definition of murder is the taking of an innocent life, there is not a more innocent life than that of an unborn or just born baby. Democrats teach guns are evil, guns aren’t evil, teaching abortion is okay, is evil….

If someone wants to use my suggestion to end school mass murders please do so………..Hey Bob Morgan, One way to eliminate all school mass murders is to provide schools with the same level of security you have at the state capital where you work. We have plenty of money for YOUR security, the Ukraine, all kinds of bums who live off the taxpayers, and the droves of illegals flooding in from the open border so we should have plenty of money for our kids. What say you Bob ?
