Chicago has a problem. It’s called the breakdown of law-and-order.
Bad guys know they can do what they want with impunity. Impunity as in a 1% chance of getting arrested and prosecuted, even for serious crimes.
So they don’t care. They will do what they want, when they want.
You don’t have to be a defenseless victim though. Empower yourself. Become a gun owner, get training and a carry license. Then carry your gun everywhere.
Criminals certainly aren’t emboldened.
