I got an email this morning from our legal team concerning our lawsuit challenging the PICA Gun & Magazine Ban delivered to us by Gov. Pritzker and the gun control jihadists in the Illinois General Assembly this past January. Yeah, that’s Chuck Michel in the above photo. He’s one of the three or four best 2A litigators in the nation.
While I obviously can’t divulge the contents, suffice it to say I’m rejuvenated in my optimism that we may not have to wait until late 2024 or 2025 to have this unconstitutional gun control scheme shut down. Permanently.
SPOILER: We’re going to bring a Cat D8 to court and drive it through that cracked door to see if we can make it a little more open. Open enough to drive a freedom truck through.
For the first time in weeks, I’m excited again.
