Sometimes Americans living in “flyover” country refer to California as the land of nuts and flakes.

Like most things, there’s a smidgen of truth in that.

Take Julianne Moore.  She’s enjoying her five minutes of fame with her nomination for some Hollywood award.  Her real name is Julie Smith, but like so much of her life she was unhappy with, she changed her name.

And her beliefs on so many other things are about as soft and squishy as her given name.

She gave an interview to The Hollywood Reporter.  In it, we learned more about her.  The title?

“Julianne Moore Believes in Therapy, Not God (and Definitely Not Guns)”

In short, she’s a big proponent of gun control – because, well, you’re not smart enough to be able to use guns safely enough in her opinion.  Don’t take my word for it.  Here’s what she opined to THR:  “I don’t understand how we’re threatening the Second Amendment because we’re talking about gun safety rules.”

She’s not a big fan of God either, instead preferring the assistants of “therapists”.

She is though a big fan of Planned Parenthood.

Yup.  She’s perfect for Hollywood.

Oh yeah, if you have any doubts about this woman’s intellect political ideology, she “loves” President Barack Hussein Obama and thinks he’s very attractive.

  1. I have an idea for for a title for her next picture…. Zombie without a clue. She has the look and obviously the ideology to play the role. I’m glad she likes therapy, she needs it.

  2. Addict?

    Wouldn’t surprising.

There’s never been a shortage of drug problems among the Hollywood “elites”, right? They are so much smarter than the rest of us, aren’t they.

Too much money + too much spare time = a drug overdose waiting to happen.

And when the next Hollywood “star” ODs Whitney Houston style, I’ll give them my compassion while completing my morning constitution.

    Sam
