St. Louis “Knock-out artist” meets Armed American

February 19, 2013

We know this is just going to break your heart.

Karma paid young Demetrius Murphy, 15, a visit last weekend.

See, Demetrius is part of the detritus of society as evidenced by his gleeful participation in the “Knock out game” where young black hooligans find a white person and try to knock them out with one punch without warning.

Detritus Demetrius was charged as a juvenile for an attack in October 2011 that left Matt Quain with a shattered jaw and almost killed him.

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) — Five juveniles have been charged in connection to a knockout attack that left a 51-year-old man with a broken jaw in south St. Louis on October 21.

That man was released from the hospital with a broken jaw after St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay found the man nearly beaten to death on the side of the street in south St. Louis last Friday night.

Mayor Slay said he was traveling along South Grand Boulevard near the intersection of Utah Street in south St. Louis when he came upon a man who had been assaulted. The man was lying in a pool of his own blood on the side of the street and was unconscious.

This was only one of several victims of the “Knock Out” games.

From Gateway Pundit:

In April an elderly man was attacked by a mob of black youths playing “the knock out game” while walking home from the grocery store with his wife. They killed him.

In June a group of black youths beat a gay man bloody playing “the knock out game.”

In August black teen mobs targeted St. Louis cyclists in the knock out game.

In September, a 73-year-old man was knocked unconscious just outside of Tower Grove Park.

Well, little Demetrious and a pal broke into a house in St. Louis and made a profound error in his victim selection process.

It seems the homeowner had armed himself.

Demetrious, accustomed to intimidating folks with his bravado, was served up some hot lead when he advanced on the armed homeowner.  He didn’t digest his lead supplement well and didn’t make it home to momma the next morning.

Teen Killed In Attempted Burglary Was Suspect In Knockout Game

ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) – The teenager shot and killed by a homeowner while allegedly breaking into the man’s house had been in the news before.  In fact, FOX2 has learned, he was once charged in the case that made the phrase “knockout game” common in St. Louis.

Demetrius Murphy, 15, died Friday morning after he and another teen, Michael Bryant, allegedly tried to break into a man’s home on Tennessee.  Police say the homeowner emerged with a gun.  Bryant ran, but they say Murphy confronted him and was shot and killed.

When it happened, the ears of Matt Quain perked up.  It was back in 2011 that Quain and a friend were walking along Grand, returning from a “beer run” to Schnucks, when they say a group of teens jumped them.   Quain was beaten badly, suffering neck injuries and a broken jaw.  He was discovered bleeding in the street by Mayor Francis Slay and his security guard.

Could not have happened to a more deserving individual. I am certain he was ‘about to go back to school’ or ‘turn his life around’ or some other such nonsense. The sad part is that his parenting, or LACK of it contributed directly to his path in life. I can safely predict little or no father or positive male role model, and a disinterested, or more likely overly protective mother. (my baby didn’t do nuffin!)

I can also predict that Jesse, Al, and the rest of the pack will whistle past this one, saying nothing…. which is a bigger disservice to the black community.

…or he may have just been exactly like his dad. You just never know. Bad parenting and no parenting create similar symptoms, you know?

DailyMailUK mentions absolutely nothing about Murphy’s past violence and even labels hum as “mentally disabled”. No wonder so many limey’s have such a jacked up view of us.

By their standards we should never defend ourselves. Tossers.

Hey UK; not one of us cares about your impotent opinion.

Perhaps you ought to generalise less, as that’s exactly what you’re accusing the UK of.
I’m English, resident in the UK & a member of the NRA & GOA.
Just because our loud mouthed press & politicians are openly anti 2nd Amendment doesn’t mean there aren’t a large number of people here who support the RKBA.

As for the dead criminal; the homeowner should be awarded a medal for pest control.

Guess this Demetrius fellow thought he was bullet proof. Shame he didn’t visit this homeowners home earlier in his knock out career, would have saved the lives of some other innocent folks. Another example of Guns Save Life.

Wow, after reading this, I could not control the onset of tears.
Yes, I was laughing so hard at “little Demitrius” getting his ass blown off that it brought tears of joy and relief for quite a long time.
What we have is NOT a GUN problem, we have an “urban youth” problem.

The other goof had enough sense to run after seeing the homeowner’s gun. Demetrius’ unexpectedly last words were either “M***f***er, I ain’t afraid of your gun!” or “Pussy, you ain’t got the balls!!”

    If Obama had a son……
