St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Charges the McCloskeys with Felony

July 20, 2020

St. Louis County Prosecutor Kimberly Gardner filed felony charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey today.  Gardner claims the couple chilled a “peaceful protest” through intimidation with their guns.  Ms. Gardner made no mention of the gate torn down by the “peaceful protesters” to trespass upon the McCloskey’s property.

Because peaceful protests always feature felony criminal damage to property and criminal trespass.

Neither did the prosecutor mention the threats during the “peaceful protest” to kill the couple and burn down their home.  But that’s just free speech, right?

Remember, for people like Kimberly Gardner, the right’s free speech is violence, but the left’s violence is just free speech.  George Soros funded a big part of her campaign four years ago and he surely looks like he’s getting his money’s worth out of her work.

In fact he’s happen enough that he’s already poured nearly $100,000 into this year’s re-election campaign for Gardner.

Meanwhile, shortly after the incident, Attorney Mark McCloskey did in an interview with the local TV station detailing the threats and the intimidation done that day.

And now Gardner has made good on her political grandstanding to charge the couple with a felony.  From KMOV.

ST. LOUIS — St. Louis prosecutors on Monday filed charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West End couple seen pointing guns at protesters in late June.

Patricia and Mark McCloskey are each facing one count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon – Flourishing, sources told News 4.

Patricia and Mark McCloskey were seen pointing guns at protesters who were marching on Portland Place heading to St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson’s home on June 28. The protesters were calling for Krewson to resign. Krewson had read the names and addresses of demonstrators calling for police reform during a Facebook Live video.

“It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening matter at those participating in nonviolent protest, and while we are fortunate this situation did not escalate into deadly force, this type of conduct is unacceptable in St. Louis,” Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said in a statement. “We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation will not be tolerated.”

Again, any effort to use the threat of force in self-defense to chill thoughts of mayhem and violence on the part of “peaceful protesters” will not be tolerated in St. Louis County under Kimberly Gardner.

There were several pictures floating around the internet of the protesters pointing firearms at the couple. Stills or clips from a cell phone. They have since disappeared ( must be magic ). If someone points a firearm at me in a threatening manner, I will defend myself.

Until we handle things the way our founding fathers did or our brothers in the first Civil War did, this will continue to get a whole heck of a lot worse!! Anything shy of those actions, are a waste of time and a passive aggressive cowards approach to a major threat!

I’m curious to what the week after the election will look like, if Trump is re-elected. Or if he loses? Anyone given that a real thought? My thoughts are that if Trump is re-elected, it will make the last few weeks look like a trip to a daycare facility.

At some point every second amendment supporter, every NRA member, every gun owner, every member on this site, and yes, every single conservative, will have to decide if they have what it takes to go to war and use those weapons against another human being!

I’ve done it before and will do it again if necessary. Will you?

Since everyone seems to attach a hashtag to something, here is one that I think fits: #nomorepapertargets

If Trump wins in November the lib”tard” controlled large cities will descend into chaos to the likes we have never seen before….those of us who live in rural small communities throughout downstate Illinois and and the rest of flyover country are pretty much safe for now……in January of 1968 during the Viet Nam war, the VC and NVA staged what was called the Tet offensive…..they launched coordinated attacks on American fire bases through out South Vietnam and attacked Saigon as well as numerous small villages and hamlets……all without the use of cell phone technology……today we have to be concerned about coordinated attacks of flash mobs of BLM, Anti-FA and “cancel” culture terrorists showing up in fairly large numbers(200 to 300) in randomly selected small towns through out the country in attempt to spread their message of fear and that no one is safe from their campaign of terror……granted these “cancel” culture terrorists are nothing but cowards and not to compare them to the battle hardened VC and NVA combatants…..modern cellular technology and all of the available apps give these domestic terrorist a huge advantage of surprise that we need to be ready for……right now all we can do is react to the possible threat, they get to pick the time and place of their next targets……if we have to go to war we have to do more than just be prepared to take another life…..we need to form up into neighborhood militias ….get to know who your neighbors are and where they stand on self defense and who will have your “six”….actually I wish grass roots gun rights groups like the NRA, Illinois State rifle Association and GSL
would address the topic of “what if” your town was to come under siege of these domestic terrorists and how to mobilize and form up neighborhood militias…..SI VIS PACEM PARA BELLUM……stay safe out there.

Excellent response!! And thank you for the insight!! Very good recommendations and points! I live next to another fellow Marine and we have been discussing a few of your points. We definitely need to have more of a plan then just point and shoot, as I originally indicated. As well as building up a network, as working rogue won’t work very well. Thank you for taking the time to respond and offer a brighter, more calculated perspective. Much appreciated.
