Went to church early Sunday and the late (5:00pm candlelight) services yesterday and one of my favorites was sung with the congregation: “Go Tell it on the Mountain” at both services; “Granma’s” and my favorite rendition was sung by Tennessee Ernie Ford with his wonderful baritone voice, came home between services and looked it up on utube, got “lost” on utube song after song, had to listen to my favorite Kristoferson song “Why Me”, go to utube and look up the “making” or inspiration for that song and how Kristoferson came to write it, if you might be interested. (Why me, Lord, what have I ever done, to deserve even one, of the pleasures I’ve known …)
MERRY CHRISTMAS to all, hoping God gets back into your lives if you might have strayed or if you need His strength and forgiveness.
My prayers are for God to Bless America, again, and drive the evil out of the hearts of the evil-doers.
