The Uniparty in America fears Donald Trump. They don’t want another Trump administration. The Uniparty is desperate to stop Trump. So desperate that they’ll usurp your right to vote to keep it from happening.
Love him or hate him, blocking popular candidates from ballot access is unAmerican at the very least.
How will the Uniparty do that? They’ll use lawfare to keep the Uniparty’s biggest and strongest opponent off the ballot.
What is lawfare?
Lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter individual’s usage of their legal rights.
Incredibly, they aren’t even bashful about publicly admitting it. From USA Today:
WASHINGTON−Donald Trump isn’t just facing seven criminal and civil cases as he seeks the presidency in 2024 – he’s also battling a long-shot legal campaign to keep him off of state ballots entirely.
Various left-leaning organizations are preparing lawsuits and petitions designed to persuade states to deny Trump access to the ballot because of his attempts to overthrow the 2020 election, including the insurrection of Jan. 6, 2021.
These efforts include key primary states like New Hampshire, Michigan, Arizona, and Colorado.
In a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Colorado, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) said “Trump violated his oath and disqualified himself under the Fourteenth Amendment from holding public office, including the Office of the President.”
Trump, who faces federal and criminal trials in Washington, D.C., and Atlanta over his 2020 activities, described the anti-ballot legal fight as an extension of 2024 politics from his enemies.
Doubt it? Just look at what’s happening in multiple states working hard to keep him off the ballot.
What’s more, it’s not just the progressive left using underhanded tactics to keep a very popular individual off the ballot. So-called Republicans are either looking the other way, or in some cases actively working towards the same end.
Let’s look at the numbers.
Let’s start with Michigan.
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) is garnering headlines and racking up appearances on cable news programs with her assertions the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution may provide a legal means to block former President Donald Trump from Michigan primary ballots.
Benson is attempting to convince other state attorneys general and secretaries of state to push for disqualifying Trump from state ballots, alleging his actions on January 6, 2021, were akin to encouraging insurrection. The 14th Amendment, ratified in 1868, contains a clause – Section Three – intended to prevent former Confederates from seeking political offices.
If she wins her effort to unilaterally disqualify Trump, that’s 15 EVs that go to Biden, or whoever the Democrats nominate (no doubt someone unfriendly to your gun rights).
HARTFORD, Conn. — New Haven City Alderman Troy Streater and his lawyer Alex Taubes sent a letter this week to Connecticut Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas asking that she notify trumps campaign and hold a hearing to determine if former President Donald Trump violated the U.S. Constitution which would disqualify him from running for office and remove him from Connecticut ballots.
If successful, that’s 7 more automatically that go in the anti-gun column. No matter how the residents of that state vote.
New Hampshire is set to do the same (4).
And Colorado (10). Republicans (so-called) are spearheading that “keep Trump off the ballot” effort there.
What other states have active efforts to keep Trump off the ballot?
California, Ceorgia, Massachusetts, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon and Pennsylvania. And even Florida. Those add up to well over 340 EVs. 270 are needed to win.
Don’t be surprised to see Illinois (19) get in on the action as well.
Can you say “steal the election”?

If they are successful, they will have succeeded in striping Americans of their ability to choose their leader.
And if they succeed at this in this coming election, they’ll do this every time.
And invalidating elections even before they happen may provide the Uniparty one small step towards achieving a temporary victory, but it will be one giant leap towards Civil War 2.0.
If they want to use that logic ” went against his oath to the constitution ” then NO demoncrat should be allowed on any ballot. Everyone of them has broken there oath they took to uphold and defend the constitution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless it benefits them at a particular time.
