Vivek Ramaswamy, a very articulate businessman running for the Republican nomination for President in 2024 absolutely demolished Don Lemon on a CNN interview last week. Ramaswamy utterly ran circles around ol’ Don and Don’s handlers talking to him in his earpiece. Vivek left Don literally sputtering (“I can’t keep a thought if you guys are talking in my ear!”)
In fact, some are pointing to that rude, condescending interview and its explosive implications as the reason CNN finally dropped the lemon from their lineup. Lemon even stooped the point of saying, “When you are a black American, and you’ve lived in this country, then you can disagree with me.”
Vivek came back handling that graciously and gloriously.
Don couldn’t argue the facts.
“Black people were free only after their Second Amendment rights were secured,” Vivek said with impressive effect. And then he mentioned that the NRA played a big role in that.
