There’s a video on Facebook of a road raging lunatic that gets his ticket punched.
Unfortunately, the “good guy” either couldn’t control his ego or he didn’t know the laws about the judicious use of force. Either way, unless he gets a REALLY good lawyer, he’ll have the rest of his life to ponder his poor decision making that day.
If you’re going to carry a gun: Get training. Know the law. Control your emotions.

first shot looked ok to me.. 2nd not so much, 3rd shot for sure was bad.
If I was on that jury and saw this video, I would only need to know one thing: Did he have absolute fear for his life in that moment? I would question the 2nd and 3rd shot, but not to the point that I would agree to manslaughter. Reckless endangerment, possibly. Given the fact that he fired with an innocent individual so close to the suspect. That’s just me. I’m sure there would be gun hating leftist on the jury that would say otherwise, to better there cause. The parameters of state law do come into play, but as a guide, not an absolute. If the rule of law was absolute, then a certain Presidential candidate would have been arrested and charged by now. Or every gangbanger with a gun would be in prison. I didn’t read where this took place yet, but hopefully it is a stand your ground state. Hopefully a follow up story will be written once it goes through the court, to see how it ended for this victim. His verdict will be a learning for all.
A good and bad shoot the victim was in fear of his life so bam he drops the assailant, then he puts a few more into him when the slugger was giving up the fight? Looked to me like slugger was trying to continue after the first shot! this was justified the guy should use the Hillery defense! In fear for your life the Slugger had blocked him in he’s setting in his vehicle guy breaks windows with a club of some kind bam he gets shot, victim under an Adrenalin rush gets out of car rage dude is trying to swing bat! bam bam shoots again bullet reaction make guy move funny, shooter sees this and caps guy again, Shooter did not shoot the guy on the ground just trying to get him there then stopped
