Two men attacked an honor guard at the Canadian War Memorial in Ottawa, Canada, and then proceeded to run into the parliament building, opening fire. The soldier was given CPR and later whisked away by paramedics.
One of the two Parliament attackers were shot down by the Sergeant at Arms leaving one running loose that remains at large.
There have been additional reports of attacks elsewhere in Ottawa, including a nearby shopping mall. If these early reports bear out, this signals an organized attack. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out who might be responsible.
This follows an islamic terrorist attack on a pair of soldiers yesterday, killing one and injuring the other.
We aren’t able to embed a dramatic video of police storming the parliament and coming under fire, but you can see it here. They’re going to need a few days to patch all those bullet holes.
It wouldn’t surprise us one bit to find out that ISIS has come to Canada and created quite a media splash in their campaign to terrorize citizens. We also think that if this was a terror attack, Canadian citizens are going to be clamoring to buy guns like we’ve never seen before.
