- No guns for “minors”, defined as anyone under 21-years-of-age. No owning, no possessing, no nothing.
- An expanded list of guns prohibited.
- No magazines over 10 rounds. Not even for handguns. (Runs directly afoul of the new Illinois right-to-carry bill for those with carry licenses).
- And the crowning jewel? Pissing away $75,000 in a grant to ICHV to train young people how to be anti-gun activists.
Those are some low-information legislators.
