BAD KARMA BITES BACK: Georgia crook’s face meets ice (repeatedly?) after attempted armed robbery

Karma.  It’s real.  And sometimes it tastes great and is less filling.  Zero calories, yet all the enjoyment.  A Georgia thug provides some schadenfreude for people who love it when bad guys fail to victimize good people.

Specifically a morally and ethically challenged scumbag named Luis Sajbocho-Ordonez.  Cops say he waited behind a business at 1am on Christmas morning ready to ambush an employee to rob the place.

He got more than he bargained for when the employee he tried to rob didn’t go meek and mild on him.  Instead, he grabbed Mr. Sajbocho-Ordonez’s (we’ll call him SO for short) gun and hollered for help.

Moments later, a second employee ran out, also clearly not lacking in “toxic” masculinity. 

At this point SO wrested control of his gun, popped off a cap towards the employees and ran. 

Or so the employees say.

The employees say that Mr. SO tried to run but he slipped on the ice and crashed face-first to the pavement.  Repeatedly, judging by SO’s mugshot.

Yep, that’s the story of the two employees and they’re sticking to it.

The incident occurred on Christmas Day around 1 a.m. at a business on the 400 block of Atlanta Highway in Gainesville. Investigators say 30-year-old Luis Sajbocho-Ordonez allegedly hid behind the business, pulled a gun on an employee as they exited and demanded cash.

A physical altercation ensued between the employee and Sajbocho-Ordonez. Another employee exited the rear of the building, spooking Sajbocho-Ordonez, and causing him to fire a shot and run off. The shot did not hit anyone.

In an attempt to get away, Sajbocho-Ordonez fell on a patch of ice and hit his head. Witnesses were able to get two guns away from him while he was laying on the ground, injured.

Police arrived moments later and took Sajbocho-Ordonez into custody. He was treated on the scene and transported to Hall County Jail, charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.

We’re glad none of the intended victims were injured. Hopefully paramedics carefully treated his wounds with plenty of rubbing alcohol to ensure Mr. Sajbocho-Ordonez’s wounds don’t become infected.
