Thugs in Houston thought they were going to do a quick snatch and run of a bank bag from a convenience store employee. They didn't count on a co-worker in the store seeing their attack. They also didn't count on that co-working being named Sri Lanka's MMA Fighter of the Year for five years in a row before he came to the USA. His name is Mayura Dissanyake.
It didn't go well for members of Houston's criminal class. They suffered bruises, broken bones and a humiliating ass-kicking by the store's heroic clerk, Mr. Dissanyake. Someone should get him a pistol. Thankfully the thugs weren't armed or it could have gone from a feel-good story to a tragedy.
He will need to get a gun now that he's in the news. The thug animals will swarm him for the kill,now.
