America gets another illustration of Illinois' failed "Catch and Release" policy for dangerous violent criminals in the attack on Chicago Police last week.  Parta Huff, pictured above after putting three Chicago cops in the hospital had been in court earlier the very same day for a previous similar attack on a suburban police officer.

And just after 10am, this same Gangster Disciple 'banger, high on PCP, went off on Chicago Police officers checking his well-being after an accident.

The Chicago Trib has the story:

The man who's accused of severely beating two Chicago police officers Wednesday had appeared in court earlier that same day on strikingly similar charges involving an attack on a suburban cop earlier this year, the Tribune has learned.

The latest alleged attack by Parta Huff drew added attention after police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said a female officer who was severely injured told him she didn't use her gun to defend herself for fear of public backlash.

Huff, 28, of Maywood, was ordered held without bail Friday after Cook County prosecutors detailed how he left two officers with concussions and other injuries. The second officer had twice used a Taser on Huff, prosecutors said.

Court records show that Huff was out on bail Wednesday after appearing in court for an alleged attack in April on a Forest Park officer who had stopped him for running a stop sign. Huff allegedly drove off, crashed into a car and tried to flee on foot. When the officer caught him, Huff pushed him to the ground, injuring the officer's shoulder and right knee, said Forest Park Police Chief Tom Aftanas.

In court Friday for the latest alleged attack, prosecutors said Huff repeatedly slammed the female officer's head onto concrete pavement until she lost consciousness and pulled chunks of hair from her head. The officer, a 17-year veteran, also suffered bone chips to the shoulder and wrist, a neck injury, and bruises and abrasions, prosecutors said.

The second officer also suffered a concussion, a broken right thumb, a torn quadriceps muscle, cuts and bruises, according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors gave details of what happened:

The two uniformed officers were flagged down and alerted to the crash of a car into the front doors of Roosevelt Liquors at Cicero Avenue and Roosevelt Road. Huff, the lone occupant of the car, was walking from the scene but ignored the officers' commands to stop.

As the female officer tried to place a second cuff on Huff's wrist, he pulled away and punched the male officer in the face. That officer then deployed his Taser, striking Huff, but he pulled the prongs from his body and continued to struggle with the female officer, knocking her to the street. Huff then fell on her, injuring her shoulder.

Huff repeatedly struck the female officer in the face before grabbing her by the hair and slamming her head onto the concrete until she lost consciousness.

The male officer then deployed his Taser a second time, but Huff continued to pull chunks of hair from the female officer's head and strike her head on the pavement.

Additional officers arrived and tried to pull Huff by his legs, but he continued to resist. Another officer deployed a Taser for the third time.

Word has it the female cop may never return to work and may well spend the rest of her life on medical disability.  All because Democrat prosecutors refused to put a vicious predator in prison where he belonged.

And Parta?  The 28-year-old criminal predator had gone to cosmetology school and worked, allegedly, as a janitor.

Maybe he can spend the rest of his life cleaning toilets in prison and doing the hair and makeup on his felow inmates.

The revelations of the attack come at a bad time for Democrat leaders in Chicago who are trying to handcuff police with a whole new set of Use of Force guidelines.

Second City Cop has more on it:

An e-mailer sent this our way. They relate that it wasn't written by them, but it was sent to both major papers as a "Letter to the Editor." We doubt it will see the light of day, so we're printing it here:

Today, my car was acting up. I took it to the mechanic. Then, having no experience in auto repair, I proceeded to tell him what was wrong and how to fix it.

Then, I headed to the doctor for a surgical consultation. Having never been to medical school or studied medicine I then proceeded to tell him what surgery to do and how to do it.

On my way home, I stopped by the courthouse. Having never been to law school, I met with a few lawyers and judges and told them how to try, defend, and judge cases.

If this all sounds asinine, it's because it absolutely is. Why would anyone attempt to speak about something that they themselves know nothing about?

Then why are we letting the public dictate police policy, having no experience in law enforcement? All police have been civilians. Not many civilians have been the police.

Everything written in the past is of a fluid dynamic. There's lots of grey, and with good reason. These proposed changes are foolish and only serve to appease certain parties or groups of individuals.

It is not only dangerous to officers, but also to the public they serve. Restricting police action restricts police work. And that empowers and emboldens criminals.

With the recently released draft of the new "Use of Force" order, and solicitation of public input, while excluding the FOP and PBPA – the very people who will be living (and dying) with the order, is asinine. Special Ed is proving minute by minute that he is nothing but a tool for Rahm and he has no one's back but Rahm's.

  1. Speaking of attacks on police, just thought you guys might like to know what our colleagues in France are up to. After many attacks on police by "youths", Islamists and others, mostly not reported here, and especially after the recent molotov cocktail attack on two police cars by more "youths", officers in more and more French cities are taking to the streets in protest.

And they are ignoring the creature that heads the National Police (called by some their chief), who vows to investigate them. They’re also ignoring their ineffectual union leaders.

Here's the main link from one French news source in English: http://www.france24.com/en/20161020-french-police-defy-government-growing-protest-lawlessness. Links to related stories are below it.
