With hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers still cleaning up and without power from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy meeting up with a Nor’easter storm, cold, dark and unarmed while looters ply their criminal trade in homes and businesses, their billionaire mayor Michael Bloomberg has sent $1.1M to buy advertising for an anti-gun former police chief running for Congress in an effort to export New York’s gun laws nation-wide.

New York’s onerous gun control laws have left that city virtually defenseless against criminal hooligans wishing to victimize innocents of their life, liberty and possessions.  Businesses and residences are being victimized by criminals emboldened by the knowledge their victims will be unarmed and effectively defenseless.

So what does New York’s Billionaire mayor do to help his constituents following the superstorm that has just ravaged his city?

He gave $1.1M to the former police chief of Orlando, Val Demings, who was sanctioned by her own department after getting her department-issued gun stolen from her car which was parked in front of her $1.3M home.  (How is a police chief of a mid-sized city able to afford a $1.3M home?)

The NRA F-rated Demings is the woman has been a strong advocate of New York City-style gun control nationwide, and at the same time can’t keep her own gun safe and secure as chief of police.

New York City’s residents are continuing to reap the consequences of their decisions to elect anti-gun local leaders who continue to keep them on the gun control plantation – defenseless against criminal attack.

Undoubtedly plenty of New Yorkers are wishing they had the means with which to defend their families against violent predators who would victimize the weak and defenseless in this time of crisis.

Maybe, just maybe, they’ll think twice before continuing to elect nanny-state politicians who will keep them unarmed and vulnerable.

  1. That mayor Bloomberg is a worthless human being. About as bad as the mayor of Chicago.

  2. I can only hope that being so stranded and defenseless, many affected by the hurricane become ‘enlightened’ to become more self sufficient. That includes owning, and training. with firearms.

  4. I say to all the pieces of $hit that are looting and terrorizing in New York, please come on down to Florida when we have our next Hurricane. But,remember this when you do come for your free stuff. Florida is a STAND YOUR GROUND State. We the people will protect life and property. We the people will shoot to kill looters without hesitation.
