CALL. CALL. CALL.

May 21, 2013

Call.  Call.  Call.

Email. Email.  Email.

And call again after lunch.

Call your Senator and the following three Illinois Senators in addition to your own.  Yeah, it’s going to take five minutes of your day, but if you want law-abiding Illinois residents to be able to protect themselves without arbitrary restrictions, then it’s a small price to pay.

Tell them “No magazine bans!”

I would urge you to vote no on the ban of the size of magazine and urge you to vote for a shall issue concealed carry law (withour harsh restrictions).

    Thank You…Victor Treat

Done. Didn’t take even 5 minutes. If everyone reading this does it, maybe it’ll help. Doing nothing (oh, someone else will call, etc, etc, etc,) is GUARANTEED not to help.

    With our harsh restrictions –

Ha ha ha ha. Typo? Debatable point….

Call call call. Fine lot a good it does when backstabbing is so prevalent at the ILGA.
The fix is in folks and partly that’s because “our side” has been convinced that if we just concede enough we will be ALLOWED our rights. A FUNDAMENTAL mistake in strategy has taken place. One so broad in size and scope one HAS to ask just WHO’S SIDE is “leadership” really on. Advocacy groups have actually argued AGAINST honoring the Constitution AS WRITTEN! Constitutional exercise us claimed a BAD thing! OUR side offered a billion and one concessions and STILL got served. Learn the LESSON and stop being a glutton for punishment.

Call call call but do NOT BEG BEG BEG!
DECLARE YOUR RIGHTS instead of begging for PERMISSION SLIPS!
Stand like the free men and women you ARE instead of acting like sheep being LED to slaughter!

You could have made those three calls in less time than it took to type that.

        Ouch. Well played, Boch!

Have you done this What were your results?
      How did you do this?
When and where did you do this?
Do you make your demands anywhere else or just on this blog?
If you did, then Chicago isn’t listening to you.

I cannot believe that Murph’s office was proud of being part of this.. He needs to go!!!

Called all of them in eight minutes. Very polite, even warm, responses from the young ladies who took the calls. I suggested to each that they pay attention to this because their lives might be affected by it in the future. They seemed receptive…

I called Murphy’s and Radogno’s offices today. The receptionists were nice, but I am not sure that a call from out of their district will make much impact compared to the Chitcago Machine’s promises/threats. I didn’t even bother calling Frerichs as he has fully revealed his true self-serving colors.

Would it be possible to have the bill number in these calls to action in the future? I think it makes more impact when we can cite a specific piece of legislation by number in addition to content to show we know what we are talking about.

    Call them ALL.

    Including Frerichs.
