We’ve received multiple reports from subscribers that the June 2026 issue of GunNews has not yet arrived in mailboxes. You’re not alone, and this isn’t the first time.
A longtime subscriber in the Glen Ellyn/Lombard area wrote today:
“Hi John, first time writer, couple year subscriber. I’m in Glen Ellyn/Lombard area. I know, quite often the paper takes forever to get here. I’m wondering if the June in print is out for delivery yet? Thanks, Mike. Best wishes and keep up the great work.”
This pattern has repeated since before the “most popular president ever” was elected (cough). Our pallet of papers gets bulk-mailed at the Peoria post office. Occasionally it seems to “age” in a corner for weeks while someone plays hero for the left’s resistance. Then it appears in mailboxes four, six or even ten weeks later. Coincidence? Nah.
Maybe it was the 8-year-old girl on the cover posing with her shotgun and her turkey. Maybe it was the headline. We will say that past images of kids with guns really seems to trigger those special snowflakes who are extra-sensitive to microaggressions.

As a member for nearly 10 years, I find that the reliability of the USPS in delivering Gun News is getting worse. Currently I only receive about 3-4 issues a year. When I was dumb enough to carry the USCCA membership, their magazine wasn’t delivered for over 2 years. I called and complained on the customer service line they started sending them in a plain unmarked manila envelope. Then I started to receive them on time. Please don’t consider this a suggestion for Gun News as it would send the shipping cost through the roof. It is an effort to showcase the problem within the Postal service staff. My opinion is that their Union is too powerful and allows such shenanigans.
Get those stamps soon or mail early, next postage increase 07/12/26.
Nearly the end of June and still have not received the June issue. Have you ever contacted anyone further up the chain in the post office? What about getting a refund for undelivered mail? Does GSL know anyone that’s an employee at the Peoria office where these are dropped off? They could look around and find where they are being hidden.
Nothing as of June 27th. I totally trust these clowns with mail-in ballots though. The union bosses would never direct their members to do anything underhanded in The People’s Republic of Illinois.
