(Newsday) Two handguns and two pistol permits were stolen from the New City home of a man whose name and address are listed on the website of a local newspaper as possessing gun permits, police said.

It will be difficult to prove random home invasion, when they are caught and their lawyer plays Let’s Make a Deal. This is just the start people. The problem is that there may be a Knee Jerk reaction to the First Amendment in this case as it is nowhere near as clear and concise as the Second Amendment.
