Help Stop New Jersey’s War On Women
And it disgusts me and many others.
I spoke with Frank Fiamingo of the New Jersey Second Amendment Society yesterday and he is equally disgusted. He, however, has a plan to start bringing pressure to bear on the politicians who are responsible. As Frank said last night, Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) is responsible for what happens to Shaneen Allen and he needs to hear from you. Given his presidential aspirations, it doesn’t matter a bit if you don’t live in the Garden State.

The New Jersey Second Amendment Society (NJ2AS) is launching a Nationwide effort to save Ms. Allen from a minimum 5-year prison sentence – NOT for committing a crime with a gun, but merely for crossing the border from Pennsylvania into New Jersey with her legally owned gun. She mistakenly thought her PA carry permit was valid in NJ (as it SHOULD be). She made a mistake. She didn’t commit a “gun crime”.
We are contacting Americans all across the country, as well as Second Amendment and Liberty oriented groups and asking them to contact the following individuals to express their objection to her mistreatment:

In the linked article, she states that she has never even fired the gun. If she gets out of this, and I think she should, It would be nice if one of the local gun groups would offer her some basic instruction and range time.
There is no difference in this “crime” than the charges against Sgt. Tahmooressi in Mexico. Boycott Mexico, don’t buy anything made there (including tequila) or vacation there.
Should we boycott America too? Since our “leaders” and Law Enforcement continue to violate their oaths and the constitution?! If not, then why?

The founders out the power of the purse in the peoples hands even with regard to our representatives in the House. Why ? Because our economic freedom is the ultimate check upon government itself.
If you think about, people are already doing so – they but lots of foreign items because the difference in regulation and other government largess leaves those items cheaper and sometimes even better.
It’s sad and it’s harmful to this nations well-being BUT it’s the responsibility of electec officials to not only recognize this issue for what it is but also to listen to us when we tell them why we are doing what we are.
The only way to stop the madness is to, as the governed, deny our consent openly. Until we do, government corruption will only grow because it is unopposed.
Instead of words in an email or letter, and useless calls, why isn’t the NRA, or this site even, suggesting a full blown ARMED Patriot march at the court house of NJ!?!?! Aren’t these tyrannical laws against the 2nd amendment and all LE officials that enforce them are in direct violation of their oaths? Aren’t we required to act and remove these tyrannical dictators?! Anything less is a cowardly attempt to negotiate with the terrorist by Law Abiding Citizens aka Docile Controlled Sheep! It’s time folks, stop denying and pretending it’s not!
