…and the family of the deceased student from China were unable to enter the U.S. for a week because of immigration paperwork. How’s that for irony?
That’s right: A group of illegals, in this country without proper immigration paparwork, beat Xinran Ji, 24, to death as part of a robbery. Actually, they beat him with a bat, he fled, and they hunted him down and finished him off.
Xinran Ji was an engineering graduate student, set to make something of his life.
Jonathon DelCarmen was an uneducated illegal alien from Mexico, who came to America as a 12-year-old.
Only now does Obama’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement want to deport this illegal alien if and when he’s released from police custody.
Thank you Barack Obama, for not deporting illegal aliens.
LA Times – A 19-year-old charged with murder in connection with last week’s fatal assault on a USC graduate student told immigration officials that he entered the country illegally about seven years ago, a federal official said.
The official, who was not authorized to speak publicly on the matter, said Jonathan DelCarmen made the comments during an interview at a Los Angeles County jail where he is being held in connection with the death of Xinran Ji, 24.
A spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed that an immigration detainer had been placed against DelCarmen. In a statement, spokeswoman Virginia Kice said ICE officials contacted DelCarmen at the jail Wednesday.
“ICE has lodged an immigration detainer against Mr. DelCarmen requesting that the Sheriff’s Department turn him over to ICE for possible follow-up immigration enforcement action if and when he is released from local custody,” Kice said.
…DelCarmen is one of four teenagers charged with capital murder in the July 24 assault that killed Ji, an engineering graduate student from China. Police said Ji was walking home from a study group about 12:45 a.m. when he was attacked near campus, just blocks away from his apartment.
Police and prosecutors say Ji was beaten with a bat and suffered a head injury. Detectives said they believe he may have tried to get away from his attackers, only to be beaten a second time, according to law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation.
Just like Fast and Furious. The leaders who are violating our immigration laws by choosing not to enforce them are responsible for the death of this innocent person. They should be prosecuted.

We need to go back to 1950s style immigration enforcement… where INS would show up at a place of business and take away the illegal at gunpoint and give them a ride back to Mexico.
Thanks to thirty plus years of lax immigration enforcement, we would start doing exactly that with employers who knowingly hire illegals.
Once their jobs dry up, they’ll self-deport.

I just listened to a spokesman for a Retired Border patrol agents organization. The mans name is Zach Taylor. Do a search for Zach Taylor
He said that Obama has been hampering the Border patrol for the last 6 years. He said some of these so called children are actually assassins. He also says a gang army crossing the border. He even went as far as saying the people are not being screened for disease and its potential for a pandemic.
Seems to me that the only difference between an illegal coming across the boarder and a missile being shot across the boarder is the illegal can vote.

Zach Taylor is saying in a separate interview on the web that a child army is crossing the border. He is even saying that chicago violence is spured by the south american drug cartels.
If you think it was a good idea to bring these illegals into our country, then why don’t you house them, get them medical treatment, feed them, and keep them off our streets. Nobody wanted them here, only Obama and his socialist administration. But is he housing them? No he forced states to do it for him because he is a coward. As long as we have people that have to rely on government, his socialist plan will continue to flourish.
How could this have happened? The term “Dreamer” sounds so warm and fuzzy!
