For the second time in a week, another mentally ill “transgender” person has detonated into murderous violence. This time, a “gunperson in a dress” named Robert Dorgan decided he wanted to shoot his ex- and some family members in a fit of homicidal rage. What’s more, given Rhode Island’s gun control laws, a paucity of good guys with guns allowed the rampage to continue until a courageous bystander disarmed Dorgan after he ran out of ammo in his pistol. After the bad guy shot multiple victims.

It all played out Monday night in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The 56-year-old man, who ridiculously paraded as “Roberta Esposito,” walked into a high school hockey game wearing a dress, coat and a stocking cap. He opened fire as the game played out on the ice, killing four family members and a friend before being disarmed by a courageous bystander. (Watch for the white stocking cap… that’s the killer.)

What Mr. Bystander didn’t know is that Robert/Roberta had a second gun. Thankfully he fired one last shot into his head instead of killing more innocents. Among the dead: the mother of his children and one of their kids. Another son was playing on the ice when the rampage began.
Video shows the horrifying scene: 15 shots ring out in rapid succession as fans and players duck, then flee in panic. After a pause, a final shot—Dorgan’s self-inflicted head wound—ends it. Police Chief Tina Goncalves credited the hero with preventing an even worse massacre. True enough. It didn’t give the gender-confused social misfit time to reload with a fresh magazine to continue is irrational, hateful rampage.
WPRI reported that Dorgan’s “transition” into Roberta the Latina launched all manner of chaos into his family. And not everyone was using Robert’s preferred pronouns:
In early 2020, Dorgan went to the North Providence Police Department and reported he had recently undergone gender-reassignment surgery and that his father-in-law wanted him out of their North Providence home because of it.
Dorgan told police that his father-in-law, who shares the same surname, threatened to “have him murdered by an Asian street gang if he did not move out of the residence,” according to court documents. Dorgan, who said he had lived at the home for seven years, told police that the father-in-law told him, “there’s no goddam [sic] way a tranny is going to stay in my house.” …
Around the same time, Dorgan’s then-wife Rhonda Dorgan filed for divorce. Under grounds for divorce, Rhonda initially wrote, “gender reassignment surgery, narcissistic + personality disorder traits.” Those reasons were then crossed out and replaced with “irreconcilable differences which have caused the immediate breakdown of the marriage.”
After the shooting, a shaken daughter told reporters: “My father was the shooter. He shot my family, and he’s dead now… He has mental health issues… He’s sick. He’s very sick.” That’s an massive understatement—this was the predictable explosion of an untreated, delusional mind.
An X account widely attributed to Dorgan (“Roberta Dorgano”) posted rants and antisemitic posts but the most telling post just a day earlier was this one: “keep bashing us. but do not wonder why we Go BERSERK.”

While some may argue these trans murder sprees are isolated tragedies; they surely looks like there’s a strong pattern. Mentally ill transgender individuals, enabled by a culture that treats their psychosis as identity, too often are one bad day from a major mental breakdown. Folks who are seriously mentally ill need treatment.
