USPS FAIL: GunNews haven’t arrived for anyone… yet…

December 29, 2020

GunNews haven’t arrived.

For anyone.

We are well aware of the problem.  Once again, we have not found anyone who got their GunNews in December by USPS.   You would think Joe Biden is already President or something.

Every time we check whether a members’ name and address are correct and on the print list, we have not found errors on our part.  If you want a digital copy, here is the January issue.

And the December issue.

We apologize for the USPS’ failure to deliver in a timely manner.

UPDATE…

It was mailed on Dec. 16th.  This is appalling.

Is this just a failure of the system or is the USPS actively interfering with Gun News deliveries?

Have you checked with anyone at the post office? They would have had to go out through the plant in Champaign. Just last week I messaged with an employee there who said it was insane, with mail literally everywhere. Someone, somewhere in the post office should be able to tell you something.

I sent a package this month via Priority Mail (USPS Flagship Service that you pay much extra for) that took 7 days to get from the USPS Champaign IL Sorting Center to the Memphis Hub. Total elapsed time in route – 11 days. I think the St. Jude runners could make better time. I wonder what happened to the USPS (unofficial) motto “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.”

Today is January 5, 2021, and I have still not gotten mine, nor has anybody else that I know of. Thanks to John for putting the digital version on the website.

Yes, we’ve contacted the post office. It was delivered Dec. 16 to the Peoria Post Office. It is no longer on their floor as they shipped it out on or about that same day.

I’m reaching out asking for a refund of the postage fee. We’re not going to pay thousands upon thousands in postage to have someone at the USPS dump GunNews into a dumpster.

I joined in October, and have yet to receive the publication.

I joined this Fall and got Nov. & Dec. issues 1st week of the month.
In Stock & Field I picked up a January issue to get a head start reading. 12 Jan. and I still have not gotten my mail issue.

Let me guess, did that chubby perv from Petersburg go to work at the USPS?
