And the establishment GOP wonders why so many pro-gun Republicans stay home instead of turning out to vote…

Mark Smith covers it.

In a nutshell, the Republicans didn’t put removal of suppressors into the “Big, Beautiful Bill” that Donald Trump wanted that covers a host of issues.

Nice job, Speaker Johnson.

  1. Well, well, well. How many times do I have to come on here and say I TOLD YOU SO? All of you gullible sheep thinking the Republican Party is your friend, all of this whacking off to red MAGA gear, all of this “own the libs,” all of this trans panic has gotten you what? BETRAYED! Here’s your lessor of two evils. Here’s your two-party system. The two parties are LAUGHING at you! AT YOU! And what do you do? Send them right back into power. That’s before of course, we talk about how the Republican Party supports the gun control enforcement arm of the government MORE than they do you. It’s called “Back the Blue.” Which means SCREW YOU!
People get the government they deserve. What a good day to be an Independent. One more thing, I TOLD YOU SO!

    1. Travis, what is our solution? What are we to do? Do you have any proposals? I mean you call it a lesser of two evils thing and you may absolutely right but isn’t that better than the alternative – the greater of two evils?

When I voted for Trump the first time I said I don’t care about his history as a democrat, I don’t care about his history as a womanizer, I don’t care about his company’s bankruptcies. What I care about is securing the border and appointing conservative Supreme Court justices. At least we got the conservative Supreme Court Justices! And now he’s going to have at least one and maybe two more appointments so we’ll have an insurmountable majority on that Court, and he’ll be able to accomplish most of what we elected him to do! So he was elected and re-elected and can you imagine the hellscape we would be living in if camel toe had been elected?

Or will gsl1598 now Say i’m just talking to myself?

  2. Do you guys remember when the republicans made a contract with America to “REPEAL” the Brady Bill and its NICS back ground checks.
Boy am I glade the republicans repealed that horrible law. (Sarcasm off)

  3. Here is the Project 2025 reality in the making. The United States Capitol Police begin to approach members of Congress. Female ones and the conversation goes like this: “Representative Mary Miller, you are under arrest for violating federal law: 1 Corinthians 14:34, women shall remain silent by the mere act of attempting to represent residents in the 15th District of Illinois with a voice. Place your hands behind your back. You have ZERO rights.”

MAGA Mary got the Christian Nationalism she wanted. Opps…………

    1. No NOOOOOOOOOOO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOo! You didn’t tell me that bible-cherry picking was banned in this 2,000-page Christian Mandatory Theocracy Act that I voted for. And I can see that you are wearing all the same fabric Officer J. Christ. I voted for this so I could suppress gay and trans people. And to make pregnancy decisions for other people. And to ban adults from viewing porn. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO LIVE BY THE BIBLE MYSELF! Fuck!

  4. Dear Farmers,
Under Federal LAW Leviticus 19:19 of the Christian Mandatory Theocracy Act of (Project) 2025, you are hereby on notice that any mixing of crops in the same field will result in a felony charge. We will randomly select fields for compliance. Any attempts to shoot down a drone or otherwise obstructs the Lord’s work will result in a felony charge for obstruction of Mandatory Christianity.

  5. Dear GOP Chair of the largest county in the Midwest,
Months ago Travis called out your hypocrisy regarding practicing Catholic’s eating shrimp during Lent. You were embarrassed in front of the entire Republican Party throughout largest state in the Midwest. You called Travis names and accused him of being “hateful” and “bigoted” for merely reading your own scripture back to you and how the marriages of practicing Catholic’s must be nullified under YOUR OWN criteria that you use to go against same-sex marriages. There, you point to Leviticus 18:22 as justification to take away the civil rights of the gay people you don’t like while simultaneously you IGNORE Leviticus 11:12 because YOU are the one getting screwed over. That sort of bible cherry-picking is no longer tolerated in the United States of the Lord. Under Federal LAW Leviticus 11:12, you hereby commit a felony by consuming shrimp under the Christian Mandatory Theocracy Act of (Project) 2025.
