Poor old Moms Demand Action – Illinois.

Not only can’t they spell, but you can obey the law and they still call you a criminal on Facebook.

How will I ever go to sleep tonight?

  1. Well congrats anytime you can get those kind of people upset is a good thing. And we can do it legally and you know they are reading this and loosing their peace and getting upset. I had a store plain clothes following me around like a puppy dog the other day He knew I was carrying but I didn’t do anything wrong. Finally. I said hi how you doin. He never answered me. The store was super crowded and every time I turned around he was there…

    1. Next time that happens, walk up to that person and ask them if they are Loss Prevention, Asset Protection or Store Security. If they say no, contact the Police and the Store Management. File a harassment charge against them. All retailers have SOP that requires their LP to identify themselves when asked by customers. If they lie, they can be held accountable and possibly terminated. I worked as a high level executive for multiple retailers, running LP Departments. Glad I left that industry for a more rewarding career serving my country.

  2. These [nice ladies] that demand action need a good [hug] from a man with [really big feet],then they might calm down.

Guest: C’mon. Please keep it PG-13. You can have fun with it (see above edits) without sounding like a Neanderthal. ~John

    1. John, does that do that automatically?

Can you turn it on whenever I post?

That way I don’t have to try to sound NICE (but fail!).

      Mwah

  3. Boo hoo. You followed the law. How is that a criminal?

What a bunch of angry, miserable harpies.

A good hug. LOL. Now that’s funny.

  4. ^^^^ A big hug? Don’t you hate it when some women go low on the hug and feel something big and heavy on your beltline?

I can only imagine some of those loyal followers of the Moms troop would piss themselves if they felt a gun on someone they were hugging.

  5. For me it’s simple, you post a stupid sign prohibiting me from protecting my family, I go somewhere else. I would go hungry before I would spend a dime or expose my family to unnecessary risk in one of these uneducated fools places of business. These are probably the same businesses that try to prohibit service dogs too. I wish the sheeple would wake up and realize the people who are legally carrying a side arm, only increase the safety inside their businesses. Criminals are lazy by nature and look for easy money. I’ve never heard of a criminal hanging around to shoot it out for a couple hundred bucks. Instead, they duck and run and look for a gun free zone. Good work John, please keep exposing the ignorance around us!

  6. My comment to MDA about John:
If you want to demand action, how about demanding that Illinois follow a strict sentencing guide like Florida. Carry a gun in commission of a crime you get 10 years added to any sentence the judge hands out, no negotiating. Use your gun during the commission of a crime and it’s 20 years in addition to the sentence by the judge, no negotiation. Injure or kill someone in the commission of your crime with a gun and you get up to life with no parole and again, no negotiation.
You demand that kind of action, especially in Crook County, and I’ll consider listening to what you have to say. Until then, stay safe America, buy a gun legally, get a permit to carry your gun legally, learn to use your gun legally, and protect your family and even these misguided individuals who want you begging on your knees for your life from criminals who don’t care about you or the law.
BTW: I’m taking a screen shot to show the world you are not really interested in anyone else’s differing opinion and don’t want to have meaningful conversations with anyone other than your flock of sheeple.

  7. I recognize mary k mace’s name. Her daughter was killed by the northern il univ spree killer.

Gun control certainly saved her daughter’s life, didn’t it?

If I had been there that day, I am pretty sure her daughter would still be alive.

    Gun control fails everytime.

  8. John,

You may have heard this question before, or had a discussion on it. Most malls in IL will post at the “mall entrances”, but do not post at entrances to their anchor stores (Macy’s, JC Penny, etc). In addition, when you travers from the anchor store to the mall proper, there is no signage. As I read it, this is an improperly signed facility and thus is not a legally “gun free zone”. Please comment.

  9. The local AMC Theaters post non-compliant stickers; I am thinking corporate made the decision to not really mean it– perhaps just cover to fool the unsuspecting non-gun owners;
    This way everyone wins, right?
(Excepting the miscreant thinking this is a legitimate GFZ)

  10. John, you’re not paying any attention to the questions posed herein [no not my tongue-in-cheek one!].

I and others are curious WHAT exactly about the sign was non-compliant.

    Will you please edify us?
