The gun grabbing leftists are at it again.
Their initial scheme rationed you to eight gun transactions per year unless you jumped impossible hurdles to become a licensed “dealer”. That’s right: You could buy four guns and sell four guns and that’s it. “Oh, I’ll just become a licensed dealer” you say? Not without working in a gun store for five years prior to applying you won’t.
Well, they’ve tweaked this to ration you 10 transactions per year. How kind of the would-be oppressive tyrants, right?
They’ve filed Amendment Number 4 to their HB-1016 Gun Dealer Licensing Scheme and it’s scheduled to go before committee this afternoon. They’ve tweaked their gun rationing section and a couple of other minor, insignificant changes.
Let’s bury them in witness slips in opposition to this bill and show “Americans for Responsible Solutions” that their money can’t buy Illinois legislation.

Not sure why but I was having trouble filling out slip from my phone. Worked on my laptop thought !
Now they have 5th amendment, no slips need to call reps.

As of the time I write this, House Floor Amendment 6 to HB1016 has 15 witness slips by proponents and 374 witness slips by opponents. Keep them coming! Use the link above, but in box III for Position, click on the drop down box and select HFA 6. Complete the form and submit it. Then, call your Representative and politely voice your opinion.
