With greater and greater frequency, our federal government, under the leadership of Barack Hussein Obama, has been running the nation with little regard for the rule of law.
The implementation of Obamacare is one example where Barack Obama’s officials have changed the so-called law at their whim.
The bankruptcy of Chrysler and General Motors was one such example, as was the Fast and Furious program by the ATF are two additional examples.
The latest gun-related example comes just this weekend as the ATF ignored a court order restraining them from raiding Ares Armor in California.
ATF came in and took their customer list anyway.

So Obama’s ATF broke in and took all of the customer records anyway.

FOX4KC reported:The owner of an Oceanside store that sells various gun parts to build a rifle from scratch refused to turn over his customer list when he was raided by federal agents Wednesday.
Dimitrios Karras, owner of Ares Armor, said the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents were investigating their business, not for what they sell, but for the people who purchase their products.
Karras said the ATF threatened to shutter their business if they didn’t hand over the names of 5,000 customers who have purchased an 80 percent lower receiver (the base) for building an AR-15.

The law they used is similar to what we now have in Illinois with the New data base under the Illinois department of Human Services

Illinois law FORBIDS AND CRMINALIZES the exercise of an enumerated RIGHT. A paid for permission slip “exemption” doesn’t change that. State government is NOT empowered or authorized to impose such pathetic chicanery as the Secind Amendment is enforceable against it.

When those who are in charge of law enforcement ignore laws, is there any law that cannot be ignored without penalty? It is the road to anarchy, keep your powder dry, stock up on ammo and keep your firearms oiled and functioning properly, the destruction of our great country is at hand.
I’d like to know what the judge is doing in response. Does that mean that now if a judge tells a state that it has to recognize gay marriage, and the state ignores that, the judge has no recourse?
